Technology is one of the essential tools that can help us through many things, especially with learning. As stated before, we have diverse learners with various learning types. Technology not only accelerates students' knowledge but also assists teachers with their work. For instance, whenever I came across unfamiliar words from reading or the lesson delivery, I asked for assistance from the technology since it would give me clear explanations and sometimes images that would help clear up the unknown. In the reading 'Remixing the Curriculum,' the author mentioned a motion, "Technology Fitness also provides a basis for educators to evaluate the quality of and capacity for effective use of technology to improve student learning," and I second that motion. 

One problem that Pohnpei schools face is the lack of resources. We do not have enough resources that can help students when they learn and teachers when they teach. A great way to help the educator and the learner is by using a tool that can help learning and teaching. Using technology can foster deeper learning.  

I can say that throughout my work experience, I have encountered various challenges. These challenges include a lack of resources, such as textbooks, inadequate technology for all students, and limited internet access. 

Engaging students is a crucial aspect of teaching. It not only motivates students to learn more but also enhances their learning skills. I greatly appreciated the explanation in the video. Everyone must share a common vision to walk the same path. They need to consider others' perspectives to provide or access necessary teaching methods and learning styles. I can tell when my kids are uninterested or disengaged in the lesson, as their grades often reflect a lack of effort. As a teacher, I sometimes ask my students questions about their weaknesses, strengths, preferences, or anything that helps me understand them better so we can connect more effectively.
