In Google Apps, you will find many useful tools that can help make your life easier. The tool that captured my attention and simplified my job is Google Sheets. This tool can assist with various tasks, including calculating students' scores in under a minute, sharing them with students, enabling collaboration with others, and more. As a classroom teacher, this app helps me manage my time whenever we need to report scores and allows me to focus on other work, such as preparing for the next lesson and grading papers. 

Ever since I had my first cellphone, I have been seeing this app and was unsure what to do with it or its purpose. As Google mentioned, Google Drive is a cloud storage service that uses Google AI to recognize important content, collaborators, and events. There are many things you can do with Google Drive. You can create, upload, edit, store, or even share your files with your family, friends, students, or work colleagues so that they can view and edit the file you shared with them.
